Green is good

This drink takes advantage of pisco, a clear brandy, to give the classic mojito a twist.

Piscojito

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 3 oz soda water

Muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice, simple syrup and liquor in a Collins glass. Add ice. Top with soda water.

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide

This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
