Blackberry Jam with Cloves and Basil
- 13 1/2 cups blackberries
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 6 large basil leaves chopped into small pieces
Bring everything to a high boil and then cook until thick, about 25 minutes. Quickly can in sterilized containers.
