Liquor makes it better

This is a very simple, healthy and tasty salad. Just use arugula and baby spinach or mix it up on the greens.

Tossed Arugula Salad with Apples in Grand Marnier

  • 4 cups mixed arugula and baby spinach
  • 1 apple cored and sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Whisk lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and honey together then toss with apple slices. Toss greens with oil, then add apple mixture and toss again. Top with seeds and serve.
