What do you do with a few mangoes and some rum? Blend them together of course.
- 3 cups mango skinned and diced into chunks
- 3 cups ice
- 3 cups light rum
- 1 cup triple sec
- 2 tbsp ginger syrup
Put everything in a blender and puree. Serve immediately. To make ginger syrup bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes and remove from heat. Strain and let cool before using.
