When our alcohol cabinet gets a little low we find ourselves reaching for the Amaretto a little more and thinking why don’t we do this more often? (The answer is it’s easy to forget how strong Amaretto is under that sweet exterior!) Serve this in cordial glasses and share with a friend.

Chocolate-Covered Almonds

  • 2 parts Amaretto
  • 1 part Creme de Cocao
  • 1 part vanilla vodka

Combine liquors in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a martini or cordial glass.

    Frankly, it looks like sunshine to me, but adding the almond and chocolate just makes it sunnier for sure. We could definitely use a bit more of that today…it’s overcast and rainy here.
