About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide
This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
they all look amazing!
I SHOULD resolve to eat lighter. But need to keep up the fat stores to resist the cold temps. This looks so refreshing, I’d better lay off the hearty stew.
These lighter choices look and sound amazing Greg!
PS. Not much chance of snow in your parts, is there?

Wow, I had no idea!
That butternut salad looks like just the ting for me, though we are snowed in so I am going to cook a big pork roast. YUM! Though when I am dieting, I eat coleslaw all day long.. do you have a good coleslaw recipe!? c
