This week and next week’s Sunday Suppers will feature ways to use up Thanksgiving leftovers. Let’s get started with the turkey and ham.
Turkey Pasta with Artichokes and Marinated Tomatoes
As close as we get to premade food
Phyllo Pot Pies
That one wasn’t supposed to look like a burrito
Turkey “Shepherd’s” Pie
I’m getting the oddest sense of potato deja vu
Ham bone Soup
- Beans are the magical fruit
Stuffed Mushrooms with Ham and Cheddar
Just pop them in your mouth
And our absolute all-time favorite:
Turkey Tetrazzini
Leftover turkey is so great until the second week

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide
This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
Everything looks great especially the stuffed mushrooms which I’ve never made so I’m particularly interested in giving them a try and the turkey tetrazzini cause I really like toasted bread crumbs. 🙂
We have a few other stuffed mushroom recipes too, if you don’t have those ingredients.
Reblogged this on The ObamaCrat™.
Seriously, this year I’m finally going to make turkey tetrazzini. It looks so good. They all so good, actually.
As always, you have wonderful ideas… Love those mushrooms especially!
I never get sick of turkey or chicken tetrazzini or turkey sandwiches – maybe because I never have tons of leftover turkey…. Great ideas – already pinned them & I know my friends will appreciate this post !
