About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide

This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.

Everything looks great especially the stuffed mushrooms which I’ve never made so I’m particularly interested in giving them a try and the turkey tetrazzini cause I really like toasted bread crumbs. 🙂

Seriously, this year I’m finally going to make turkey tetrazzini. It looks so good. They all so good, actually.

  4. As always, you have wonderful ideas… Love those mushrooms especially!

I never get sick of turkey or chicken tetrazzini or turkey sandwiches – maybe because I never have tons of leftover turkey…. Great ideas – already pinned them & I know my friends will appreciate this post !
