This drink isn’t nearly as scary as its name. Actually, it’s only scary good. Boo! Have a Happy Halloween everyone.

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide
This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
It’s strange, but it’s impossible to buy real absinthe in France. They make it and export it, but you can only buy pale copies of it here, normally with derivative names such as Absente. I just googled it, and apparently there is one boutique in Paris, Vert d’Absinthe, where you can buy real abisinthe.
MMMM! this sounds great!
Oh, please pass one over this way!
Happy Halloween! 😉
Very nice cocktail for the season! Cheers.
