Pumpkin lattes are great, but they lack booze. Let’s dispense with the caffeine instead.
Pumpkin Latte Cocktail
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 to 3/4 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, plus extra for rim
- about 1 tsp crushed amaretti or cookie of your choice
Brush the rim of a martini glass with maple syrup then dip in cookie crumbs. In a shaker with ice, combine puree, liquors and 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup. Shake, then strain into prepared glass.
