Why we grow herbs

We saw this lovely cocktail over at Annashortcakes and decided immediately that we had to make it. Fresh herbs, gin and limoncello sounded like a winning combo to us and it didn’t disappoint. (We made two small changes, letting the thyme steep in the gin for a bit before muddling and cutting the limoncello slightly.) For the recipe go here.

    Sure does sound great! We used to keep limoncello in the freezer all the time, but that just meant drinking it most of the time, so we stopped.
