Sunday Suppers: You Say Tomato…

We hope everyone else has tomato plants that are producing like ours. Here are some great ways to make tomatoes the focus of any meal.

A little breakfast:

Don't let the eggs overcook

Baked eggs with tomatoes

A bit of lunch:

Just scoop out the seeds

Stuffed Tomatoes with Tuna and Capers

A light dinner:

Every time I get store bought bread it dissapoints

Gazpacho

Or a heartier supper:

Brighter than the sun, almost

Stuffed chicken with roast squash and tomatoes

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide

This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
