Sunday Suppers: A Long, Healthy Summer

After all the heavy barbecue from the 4th here is a lighter menu that will take advantage of what is in season right now.

A little bit of surf and fruit

Throw that shrimp on the barbie

Grilled Shrimp on Polenta with Peach Salsa

A perfect side of corn

This is too hearty for dessert

Fresh Corn Pudding Bread

And don’t forget fruit for dessert

A splash of cognac on top doesn't hurt either

Grilled Figs with Mascarpone Cream

    Grilled fruit is exceptional in the summer when it’s too damn hot to turn on the oven.
