The Red Kiss

That background looks familiar

We saw this drink in one of our battered well-used cocktail books. It normally calls for dry vermouth but since we had an abundance of Lillet a change up was in order.

The Red Kiss

  • 1 ounce Lillet
  • 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
  • 1/2 ounce gin

Mix everything in a shaker filled with ice, pour into a martini glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide

This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
