We’re all about to be in turkey la-la land, at least if you live in the U.S., maybe if you live in Turkey or Canada too for all we know. So we’re making a humble suggestion on how to come out of your turkey coma this weekend with a little chorizo, a little potato, lots of pepper. The title of this beauty is Chorizo and Potato Egg Custard with New Mexican Chile Sauce. We found it over on Epicurious and didn’t make enough changes to make it our own, so we’ll just share the link.
Happy leftovering!
This chorizo/scalloped potato type dish looks delicious.
Wow, if I didn’t already plan on overeating tomorrow, I would put this on my breakfast menu….but I think I’ll wait for a really heavy work day at Willow Hill. Seriously yummy recipe.
Happy turkey day to you both π
Just the kind of breakfast a turkey hangover needs! Cheers.

Nothing better than leftovering. π
