Orange Tarragon Chicken

What shapes do you see in the clouds?

This is a great way to marinate chicken for the grill.

Orange Tarragon Chicken

  • 2-4 chicken pieces skinned
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 3 tbsp fresh tarragon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt/pepper

Juice oranges. Grind all ingredients together in a blender. Pour over chicken and let marinate at least four hours. Grill over moderate heat.

What a coincidence, Kelly over at Inspired Edibles made Lemon Thyme Chicken the other day. I love pairing herbes and Citrus with poultry. Very nice.
