That is a lot of lemons

Citrus is on sale. So I spent the weekend making limoncello.

It looks good when it is all done

Of course, I also made marmalade. It took me a good half day and I was glad I didn’t have any cuts on my hands, but this should make enough to last until fall. Well, the limoncello will go a lot faster.

    Very impressive. I’ll have to work up to marmalade. Perhaps our lemon and orange trees will throw off some fruit this year and inspire me.

    i’ve made marmalade but never thought of limoncello! a great reward after all that peeling – sounds like a must for next year.
