Strawberries in Grand Marnier

Of course the strawberry season is probably a little shorter for most people.

Here’s a healthy dessert idea courtesy of my wife. The trick is to slice the berries fairly large and let them soak up the liquor for a couple hours in the refrigerator.

5-7 strawberries per person

Sugar

Grand Marnier

Cut off stems and halve strawberries. Divide into separate serving bowls. Dust with sugar and drizzle with Grand Marnier. Stir and set in refrigerator at least two hours or up to six. Stir occasionally if needed.

About Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide

This blog attempts to collect some of the things I try to create with food and booze. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail. My hope is to entertain and maybe help people think a little harder about what they decide to eat and drink.
