Eggs Benedict are OK by me, even if they do share a name with a traitor. Heck, we're buddies with England now so what's the big deal?

Just a couple of ideas for breakfast, or dinner, courtesy of the MacCallum House Inn.

What goes better with pancakes than vanilla ice cream and blueberries?

    I don’t eat eggs, but those pancakes look fab! 😀

    We sometimes make ice cream sandwiches with waffles, and I’ve had crepes with ice cream and toppings, but I’ve never served ice cream with pancakes. Next time . . .
