Creamy Buttermilk Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt/pepper

Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Never seen a “white” sause with stuffed cabbage, Greg. If you’re going to go there, this would be the sauce to use. Sounds great.

  3. I have never met a cabbage recipe that I do not like, but yours I love, love, love. Wonderful.
